Your laboratory progress is persisted directly to our institutional database, allowing for long-term mastery tracking and certification.
This laboratory is born from a deep respect for the legendary physics pedagogy of Professor Walter Lewin. We believe that physics should be intuitive, visual, and accessible.
Our mission is to do our part for the global student community by providing high-fidelity, studio-grade simulations for free.
StepVista Laboratory will always remain 100% free for individual student use as part of our academic philanthropy mission.
Our 20-mission curriculum is split into Foundations (Basics) and the Analytical Stage (Advanced), guiding you from arrows to 3D space.
Powering the lab is the studio-grade @stepvista/core physics engine. It features high-precision components and is publicly accessible.
The core engine is developed and maintained by Shishira Rao. It is available under a model that requires full attribution for all implementations.
